A perfect family road trip stop. The place is new and clean. Was able to check in and access the room via the app. Rooms are spacious with 2 queens and a nice trundle bed. Nicer than most rooms at flagship brand hotels. Front desk staff was helpful in packing a bagel for us when we hit the road before breakfast was open.
Stayed one night, 5/31/2025, at the 520 Judson Church Road location in Fayetteville, NC. Location was pleasant and quiet, tucked away on a side road very close to I-95 with a Cracker Barrel conveniently close by. Room and hotel were clean and bed was comfortable. However, we were on the first floor and could hear noise above (maybe footsteps) and loud noise in our bathroom that sounded like water rushing through the plumbing. Seems there may be a sound insulation issue. Perhaps staying on the top floor would avoid this.
Very good experience here! Everything was so clean, which is the most important thing for me when it comes to a hotel. The hotel score was 100! The staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great with many options and was fresh each morning. The location was outside of the city a bit so we had a feeling of refreshment and peace and quiet. I had to take one star away for the A/C. It couldn’t keep up with the extreme heat of the days, so in the afternoon the room would get to around 80, even with keeping the blinds closed. Also, we had the 2 queen room and the A/C was very close to one of the beds so my husband would freeze each night when the system would turn on. This was a minor irritation though and I would stay here again even with knowing what I do. Would recommend for sure!
My dad booked a room with two queen beds here. The beds were super comfy, and the pillows were just as good. The room was pretty quiet, which was nice. The bathroom was almost perfect, except for the exhaust fan. It could use a bit more power. The shampoo and conditioner were almost empty, and it’s tough to ask for more if you’re already in the shower. The Kleenex box was also more than half empty, and there wasn’t any extra box. The complimentary breakfast was really good, with a bunch of different options to choose from. They had scrambled eggs, spinach and Swiss cheese quiche, and pork sausage. They also had a variety of bagels, but they didn’t have regular bread to make toast. They had fresh coffee, tea, a juice machine, and a waffle maker (make your own). Cereals, oatmeal bars, and some good desserts like muffins and cupcakes. The staff were really helpful and always refilled the items when we needed them. The breakfast area was clean and organized. Overall, it was a great experience and a good price. Outdoor pool and plenty of parking.
Really pleased with our quick overnight stay after a long day of travel. The 5 star reviews are legit - the overnight staff really is that welcoming and the rooms are new and clean. The hotel is right off the interstate, and the parking lot was brightly lit overnight leaving us with a sense of safety in an unknown area.
This hotel is very convenient if traveling on 95 and you want to stay right off the highway. It is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great, but we didn't expect anything major. There are gas stations and fast food very close by for convenience. I would recommend if you need a nice clean newer place to lay your head for the night.
